1. Overview
African Crew Greetings provides custom-made digital video greetings created on demand based on customer instructions.
All products offered are personalized digital services, not physical goods.
By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.

2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has started.
Each video is:
* individually created
* customized with customer-provided content
* made specifically for one recipient
* delivered digitally

For this reason, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are generally not accepted once the order enters production, subject only to the specific exceptions listed in Section 5 below.

3. No Refunds for Personalized Digital Products
African Crew Greetings does not offer refunds for personalized digital products, including but not limited to situations where:
* the customer changes their mind
* the greeting is no longer needed
* the recipient is unavailable or unresponsive
* incorrect text, names, email addresses, photos, or song links were provided by the customer
* the video does not meet personal taste, expectations, or subjective preferences

Once a personalized video has been created, it cannot be undone, reversed, or resold.

4. Production Begins Immediately After Purchase
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
* production begins shortly after checkout
* your order is custom-created based on your submitted information
* refunds are not available once production has started, except as outlined in Section 5.

5. Limited Exceptions & Delivery Delays
While our general policy is "All Sales Final," we grant exceptions in the following specific scenarios:

A. Technical Defects or "Our Error"
Refunds or re-productions may be considered if:
* the delivered file is technically defective and cannot be played
* the final video clearly does not contain the submitted message or name due to an error on our side

In such cases, African Crew Greetings may, at its sole discretion, correct the issue, re-produce the video, or issue a partial or full refund. No refunds will be issued for artistic interpretation, performance style, dancing, or creative presentation.

B. Significant Delivery Delays (Standard Delivery)
If a "Standard Delivery" order is not delivered within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of order confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund ONLY IF you contact us to cancel the order BEFORE the video has been sent to you.
If the video is delivered late but you did not request a cancellation prior to delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. In this case, no monetary refund will be issued. However, we may provide a 100% discount code for a future order as compensation for the delay.

6. Delivery & Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing:
* a valid email address
* accurate spelling of names and messages
* appropriate photo uploads
* correct YouTube links and timestamps (if applicable)

African Crew Greetings is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information, or emails landing in spam/junk folders. Refunds are not granted for orders that were delivered on time but missed by the customer due to email filtering settings.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback for a personalized digital product that has already entered production or has been delivered violates this policy.
African Crew Greetings reserves the right to submit:
* order details
* customization data
* production records
* delivery confirmation (including timestamps)
to payment processors in order to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks.
