Thank you for shopping with African Crew Greetings. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is delivered. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping

African Crew Greetings sells 100% digital products. There is no physical shipping involved. Your personalized video greeting is produced by our crew in Africa and delivered electronically — directly to the email address you provide at checkout.

No physical item will be shipped to you. Please double-check that your email address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.

2. Delivery Timeframes

All delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is confirmed and payment is received.


  • Standard Order: delivered within 1–3 business days

  • Express Order: delivered within 24 hours (additional fee applies)


We work seven days a week. Orders placed on public holidays or during high-demand periods may experience minor delays. If your order is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up immediately.

3. How Delivery Works

After you place your order, here is what happens:


  1. You place your order and provide your personalization details — recipient name, occasion, crew, and any custom message.

  2. Payment is confirmed and you receive an automatic order confirmation email.

  3. Our crew in Africa records your personalized video greeting.

  4. Our team reviews the video for quality.

  5. Your finished video is sent to the email address provided at checkout as a downloadable link or video file.

  6. You receive a delivery confirmation email.

4. If You Did Not Receive Your Video

If you have not received your video within the expected timeframe, please:


  • Check your spam or junk folder — our emails occasionally end up there

  • Verify that the email address you provided at checkout is correct

  • Contact us at info@africancrewgreetings.com with your order number


We will investigate and re-send your video if necessary. Non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided at checkout is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Cancellations Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before production has begun, please contact us immediately at info@africancrewgreetings.com. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible as work on your video has already commenced.

6. International Orders

We deliver to customers worldwide. Since our product is 100% digital, there are no customs fees, import duties, or international shipping costs. Your video will be delivered to your email regardless of your location.
